My journey into healthcare began after a sports injury as a competitive figure skater. Experiencing how quickly I could recover with the right support showed me how powerful it is when your body and mind are truly understood. And showed me how frustrating it can be when they’re not. That experience fueled my passion for helping women build strength, balance, and confidence in their bodies.
I immersed myself in healthcare because I wanted to understand how to truly help women feel their best. But over time, I kept seeing the same story: women working hard to feel better, only to be rushed, overlooked, or told their struggles were just normal. I knew there had to be a different way — a way to empower women with knowledge, tools, and strategies that actually work for their lives.
I created a space where women can feel seen and supported, without the fear, confusion, or frustration that often comes with trying to navigate their health on their own. A space where real solutions are paired with understanding, guidance, and actionable steps that fit your life. That’s exactly what my virtual coaching programs are designed to do.
