HI, I’M COURTNEY.

I help women reconnect with their bodies and build sustainable habits that support their health through every season of life, whether they are navigating wedding prep, burnout, hormonal changes, motherhood, or simply trying to feel more like themselves again.

As a perinatal chiropractor and virtual coach, I have spent the last several years helping women better understand their bodies in a way that feels empowering, realistic, and supportive.

My approach combines my clinical background in rehab, movement, and women’s health with a compassionate coaching style that meets women where they are. I believe health should feel sustainable and individualized, not overwhelming or rooted in guilt.

Over the years, I have worked with countless women who felt dismissed, confused, or disconnected from their bodies after being given generic advice that did not actually fit their needs or lifestyle. That experience reshaped the way I approach both chiropractic care and coaching.

I focus on helping women build strength, confidence, and consistency through education, movement, and practical support so they can better understand their bodies and feel more in control of their health long term.

I created my virtual coaching space to offer the kind of support I wished more women had access to: personalized, evidence based, and rooted in empathy.

I continue to invest deeply in my own education and growth so I can show up fully for the women I work with. Every woman’s goals, experiences, and season of life look different, and my goal is always to provide care and guidance that feels supportive, empowering, and realistic for the life you are actually living.

From there, we turn understanding into action. I provide structured guidance, honest feedback, and practical tools that help you stay consistent without feeling overwhelmed. You are the expert on your body, my role is to help you better understand it and feel confident in what it needs.

Whether we are building strength, improving habits, supporting recovery, or creating more balance in your routine, the focus is always on sustainable change that fits your real life. I meet you where you are and help you take steps that feel realistic, empowering, and meaningful long term.

My work is rooted in connection, understanding your goals, your body, and the routines that help you feel your best. Every woman’s health journey is different, which is why my approach starts with listening and builds from there.

I take a whole body approach, looking at the bigger picture instead of just isolated symptoms or habits. That includes your movement, stress, sleep, nutrition, mindset, hormones, and daily routines. Together, we create a plan that helps you feel more aligned, supported, and in control of your health.
