HI, I’M COURTNEY.

I help women reconnect with their bodies and build sustainable habits that support their health through every season of life - whether they’re navigating big transitions like wedding prep, career changes, motherhood, or simply trying to feel more like themselves again.

I am a sports chiropractor and women’s health coach, and I have spent the last several years helping women understand their bodies in a way that feels empowering, not overwhelming.

My approach combines my clinical background in rehab and movement with a realistic, compassionate coaching style that meets women where they are.

This approach was shaped by my own experience working within a system that often left women feeling unheard. I have watched too many patients get dismissed, told it was “just stress,” or given care rooted in fear instead of education.

It left me questioning my place in healthcare and wondering if there was a better way. That experience redefined what meaningful, patient-centered care looks like for me and shaped how I coach today. I believe healing starts with understanding, not fear, and that lasting change comes from feeling supported, not shamed.

I created my virtual coaching space to give women access to the kind of care I wished existed when I started my own journey: honest, evidence-based, and rooted in empathy.

I continue to invest deeply in my own coaching and education so I can show up as my best self for the women I work with. Everyone’s goals and circumstances are different, but I am committed to helping women feel strong, confident, and capable in both their bodies and their lives.

My work is rooted in connection - understanding your goals, your body, and the routines that help you feel your best. Every woman’s health story is different, which is why my approach starts with listening and builds from there.

I take a whole-picture approach - looking at your stress, sleep, movement, hormones, mindset, nutrition, and habits. Together, we’ll reconnect with your body and your goals so you can feel stronger, more aligned, and in control.

From there, we turn understanding into action. I provide structured support, honest feedback, and practical tools that help you stay consistent and confident. You are the expert on your body - my role is to help you trust it again.

Whether we’re building strength, supporting nutrition, or refining daily habits, our focus is always on sustainable change that fits your life. I meet you where you are and help you take steps that feel realistic, empowering, and meaningful.
