Women’s Health Chiropractic Care

Women’s Health Chiropractic Care

Helping women move better, reduce pain, and build confidence in their bodies through personalized chiropractic care rooted in movement, rehab, and long term wellness.

I became a chiropractor because I genuinely wanted to help people feel better in their bodies. But the longer I worked in healthcare, the more I realized how many women were walking into appointments feeling dismissed, overwhelmed, or disconnected from their own bodies.

I met women who had been told their pain was “normal,” women who felt afraid to move because they thought they would make things worse, and women who were exhausted from trying every routine, stretch, or wellness trend without actually understanding what their body needed.

That experience completely changed the way I approach care.

I knew I did not want patients to feel rushed through appointments or leave with temporary relief and no real understanding of what was going on. I wanted to create an approach that felt collaborative, supportive, and rooted in education, one where women felt heard instead of dismissed and empowered instead of overwhelmed.

My care is movement focused and highly individualized. I combine hands on treatment, muscle work, corrective exercise, and lifestyle guidance to help women better understand their bodies and feel more confident in how they move and function day to day.

I also believe your body does not exist separately from the rest of your life. Stress, sleep, workouts, pregnancy, postpartum changes, work schedules, and everyday habits all play a role in how you feel. That is why I take a whole body approach instead of only focusing on symptoms.

Whether you are dealing with pain, tension, movement limitations, pregnancy related discomfort, or simply feel disconnected from your body, my goal is to create care that feels realistic, supportive, and sustainable for your life.

At the end of the day, I do not want you to leave feeling dependent on treatment. I want you to leave understanding your body better, feeling more confident in it, and knowing you have someone in your corner who truly listens and cares.

Clinical Approach

My background is rooted in sports rehabilitation, movement, and women’s health care. I continue to invest heavily in continuing education so I can provide evidence based, individualized care that evolves alongside the women I work with.

My approach combines hands on treatment, rehab focused exercise, movement education, and lifestyle support to help women feel stronger, more confident, and more connected to their bodies long term.

  • Wanting a more supportive, whole body approach to care

I work with women through many different seasons of life, whether they are navigating pain, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, stress, movement limitations, or simply feeling disconnected from their bodies.

What to Expect

Every appointment is one on one and tailored to your body, your goals, and what you need support with most.

Your first visit begins with a conversation. We will talk through your history, symptoms, lifestyle, movement patterns, stress, workouts, daily routines, and anything else that may be impacting how you feel in your body. From there, we will assess how your body is moving and create a treatment approach that feels supportive, realistic, and individualized to you.

Treatment may include hands on chiropractic care, muscle work, corrective exercise, movement education, and lifestyle recommendations designed to help you feel better both during and outside of your appointments.

My goal is not just to provide temporary relief, but to help you better understand your body, move with more confidence, and feel supported through every stage of care.

You deserve care that looks at the full picture, not just your symptoms.

Whether you are navigating pain, pregnancy, postpartum changes, stress, or simply want to feel more connected to your body, my goal is to help you feel supported, informed, and confident every step of the way.
